The X Roofing and Solar CRM application ("the App") is a business tool used by employees and authorized contractors of X Roofing and Solar to manage roofing and solar jobs, leads, customer records, insurance claims, photos, documents, and internal communications. This Privacy Policy explains how X Roofing and Solar ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App.

Depending on how the App is used, we may collect and process: account and login information (employee name, email address, role, and authentication credentials); customer information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, and property addresses of customers and leads); insurance and claim information (carrier, adjuster, claim numbers, and related job details); photos and documents (job-site and roof photos, estimates, worksheets, invoices, and signatures uploaded through the App); and basic usage and device data used to keep the App secure and running properly.

We use the information collected only for legitimate business purposes, including to: create and manage leads, jobs, estimates, invoices, and customer records; coordinate scheduling, production, material orders, and field work; process insurance claims and related documentation; enable internal communication between staff; authenticate users and maintain the security of the App; and improve its performance and reliability. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The App does not request or access your device's location. Job and property locations shown in the App come exclusively from addresses entered by staff when creating a lead or job.

The App allows staff to capture and upload photos and documents related to a job. These files are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users of the platform. Photos and documents are used solely to document and manage the associated roofing or solar project.

We share information only as needed to operate our business: with service providers that host, store, or process data on our behalf (such as secure cloud hosting and file storage) under confidentiality obligations; with insurance carriers, adjusters, and business partners where necessary to process a claim or complete a job; and with authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including access controls, authentication, and encrypted data storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Because much of the data in the App relates to business records and customers of X Roofing and Solar, some requests may be handled through our internal records processes.

The App is a business tool intended for use by adults (employees and authorized contractors). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
